To day it is easier for a teenager to become abuser, because children are allowed to drink alcohol at earlier ages, and they offered drugs at parties. For example lots of talk about partying, absenteeism from school, frequent late nights out or lack of interest in previously important activities. The dangers of addictions are different whether you smoke, drink or taking drugs. If you smoke, you risk getting cancer, higher blood pressure, bronchitis or pneumonia. If you drink or taking drugs you risk to weak your immune system, get an overdose, get liver problems, heart or lung damage and worst of all death. It happens sometimes that teenager die of these reasons at an early age. A healthy lifestyle is when you not drink alcohol, take drugs and smoke. You could avoid many of the dreadful problems if you didn’t drink, smoke and take drugs. An advantage of following a healthy lifestyle could be a longer life.
