I chose this subject because it’s easy to talk about, because it is really common in a teenagers life, and a lot of teenagers have friends, or they’ve experienced drugs and alcohol themselves.
Definition of drugs and alcohol.
A lot of people can be addicted/Afhængig to drugs and alcohol, and that’s what I mostly think about when I read the words. There could reasons why so many are addicted, it could be problems with family, or they could be depressed, lonely or going through a breakup
Other reasons why people could do drugs and drink alcohol is at parties, their friends could encourage them to take drugs, or the person himself could think that it would make him cool to take drugs.
What are the problems?
A lot of people doesn’t know the consequences of drugs and alcohol, and the consequences could for example be that, if you for example are family dad, that can’t provide his own family, because he is addicted, it could affect the kids where they could end up uneducated, and in worst case they could end up addicted too, that is called social heritage.
Social heritage is when social things transfers from parent to child, for example, if you’re raised in a poor family, your chance of being poor when you grow up is big.
