A month ago I have moved to Miami! What a disaster. I actually loved my way of living in Denmark. Nearly no stress, of all the cars and people on the street. But compared to Miami it is nothing. Miami is way bigger than my old city in Denmark. I nearly think that Miami are bigger than whole Denmark! It is very weird to move from a small city in Denmark, to one of the most famous cities in the whole world. People say that Los Angeles is the city who never sleeps, I think of Miami the same way. It is the completely same thing, I think of Miami. I have also started in the new school over here. It is a major upheaval here. I am not use to the way they teach in class. Or the breaks. They have a very big cantina, and in Denmark this is a rare sight. Not many schools in Denmark have cantinas. I also have got some friends. Joshua and Dannie. We play a lot of basket. I am not good at it, but they cannot play football. They have another sort of “Sport culture” here. In Denmark it is soccer and handball, but in USA it is more basketball, baseball and American football. We all go in the same class but sometimes we have different subjects. I have been asked a lot of questions about, how big Denmark is, how many people live there. Both of my friends think Denmark is a boring country. They think we do not have any history, but we have! The Danish Vikings, H.C. Andersen and a lot of other things. My friends never heard about the Vikings? I think we should be taught Danish history in the history classes. Maybe I should say it to my teacher tomorrow? Dannie had promised to take me to the Miami Beach tomorrow. This is one of the big activities I had looked forward to. And to see the city. What a beauty that is!
