Bowling for columbine is a documentary film, directed by Michael Moore. It is mainly about the arms law and violence in USA. He uses the 1999 Columbine shooting of 12 students and a teacher by two teenagers in Colorado to point the extreme rate of violence.

Lots of people in the states have guns in their houses, it make them feel safe. Michael Moore interviews some people from Michigan; they all had arms in their houses. One woman explains that if there is burglary in tour house most people will call the police because they have guns, she mean you should cut the middleman and take care of your own family. More and more people I USA gets guns I their houses, to be safe, but if lots of guns means safety, USA will be the safest country in the world, but it is the exactly opposite. 11 127 people die in America each year at the hands of gun violence, Michael Moore try to find out why. He asks different people on the street why USA is the country in the world with most gun murders. Some people means it is because of the brutal history the country have, others means it is because of violence videogames and violence movies. Some even give the Rocker Marilyn Manson.
