The environmental crisis: a personal perspective

I personally think that the climate changes and global warming is a fact. It is happening, and if we want to do anything to stop it, we have to make some drastic decisions and turnabouts.First of all, we must make it clear for all nations on the earth, that we are in an environmental crisis and that its necessary for us to make changes in our everyday lives. US and china are the most important nations to convince, because they stand behind 42 % of the carbon dioxide emissions in the whole world. Then we must turn to the big companies who produce a lot of carbon dioxide, and persuade them to use greener power sources and technology. A lot of companies are at the moment trying to achieve greener technology to help the environment, but it's expensive. So expensive that some companies will go bankruptcy if they tried. That is why I think that the governments should help the companies to achieve greener power and technology. They should set down taxes for green companies, so that it also becomes at economic goal, to achieve co2-neutrality.Taxes should also be set down for companies who are producing and developing new and better, green power sources, such as the Danish company, Vestas, who is producing wind turbines for a lot of great nations, all over the world.We have to make it a goal to achieve carbon dioxide neutrality, so that we make a better and easier world to live in for our children, and their children.A very positive thing, from my point of view, is that the oil is starting to run out and the prices for this "liquid gold" will bounce sky high. That means that we are forced to use only renewable power sources, like wind, sun and hydropower, to make our cars and companies run. And when it has been established properly, it will run better than before.This was my point of view in the environmental situation.
