I think all of you already know my name, but if you don’t, it’s [NAVN A]. I come from a little family, were I’m the only “child”. I’m 16 years old. My birthday is May 17. I live in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. In Copenhagen I live with my dad in a little apartment near a station, called Nørreport. It’s only my dad and I because my mom died last year. Seven weeks ago I finished the last examination, so now I’m having vacation. Five times a week I’m swimming. I love swimming! One of the reasons why I’m swimming is because when I swim I don’t think so much on my mom.

I really want to visit San Juan Island in USA because I’ve always dreamed about visiting USA. Actually my family never has got enough money to take on vacation to USA. So now when I’ve got an opportunity to come to USA, then of cause, I will take it! I think that USA is the coolest country in the world. When the letter came and I saw that it was from San Juan Island, and you were writing that I could come over and live there for three weeks one of my biggest dreams came true.
