Adolescent life in Britain

Being young today is difficult there are many things you have to deice. What will I, who I’m I? Growing up in Great Britain today is quite different to, from what it was used to be. British teenagers are among the worst binge drinkers in Europe. We saw in the class a documentary “Ready Steady Drink”, were we saw young people bring drinking and sent to the hospital. We also read that girls are more likely to get drunk than boys. And the reason why girls drink more than boys is to show that they can do as much as boys can, also by time girls change from being a “house wife” to, being independent worker. For less than 60 years ago the issues were, witch family you were born in and after that who you became, but today you can say “Girls run the world”. Also the bars and pubs changes to more women friendly, therefor it is better experience for the girls to have an abuse and changing the idea of having children. Another thing that British teenagers are known for their badly behavior, they are hanging out on the streets. And therefor there is a risk for the youth to get mental breakdown, anti-social behavior, self-harm, drug and alcohol abuse. A clear trend in the young life is that they need places to stay in their spare time, but what they going to miss are the parent’s role. It’s not only bad thing you can say about adolescent in Britain, must of them leave school with good qualification and then after go to the universe. You may say boys are behind in the school system, but they are actually ahead. In the school they are poor at listening and following instructions, and restless. What Boys need is computer and internet, they have too much energy for just setting in the class and listing to the teacher teach.
