The Beatles exist of 4 boys. The Beatles were formed in 1960. Their names are: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Stuart Sutcliffe. First it was John and Paul who worked together and after that, they took some of their friends and tried to play some songs. The group would like to take to Liverpool and play on some pubs. They had okay success but the boys came out of something drugs. They took drugs so they could manage the long working days. The group took to Great Britain because George couldn’t stay in Germany. He had not yet turned 18 so he couldn’t get a work permit. After Liverpool they took to Hamburg again. The group had got a manager who was named Brian Epstein. They found him in Liverpool and he had a lot of good contacts with the music industry. The group gets a lot of good advice from Brian and began to earn money. Brian know some people who would like to do something with the boys’ style. So they designed the famous Beatles haircut, the leather clothes and special boots. In 1962 they released their first LPs. Someone named George Martin to learn them a lot about instruments and he had a tremendous impact on the group’s technical and musical development. Although he was no a part of the group. From 1962-1965 the group grew and grew. The group was very good too placing themselves in the media. They were good to use the media and the group’s first appearance on American television was watched by 73 million Americans. But some day John said “The group was more popular then Jesus” This caused a violent reaction and especially in USA. The group’s music was banned on many radio stations. And some people in USA burned the group’s albums. In 1967 The Beatles performed their new song “All you need is love” (All people know that song today.) And it was the first satellite broadcast television program. 400 million in 26 different countries watch television that day. In 1967 Brian died. So it was hard for the boys to manage the economy and themselves. After Brian’s death all went down. They made one album after Brian’s death and after that the boys couldn’t control each other. In spring 1970 the Beatles were officially disbanded!
