In text 1 and 2 various views are presented. In text 1 it is declared that plastic surgery has to be the teenagers own choice – not the parents, the boy- or girlfriends or the friends’ choice. Teens are easy to affect because already they are insecure about themselves. That is a problem that text 1 deals with. Young people are often impulsive in their actions and want to see a change instantly. Therefore a decision like a permanent change in appearance can easily be rushed and later regretted. You probably cannot find a young boy or girls who are completely satisfied with everything on their body, but you does not have to love every single part on your body - because that it almost impossible. But you can learn to accept yourself and the way you are created.

In text 2 it is told with concern from experts that the youth today grows up way to fast – they pluck their eye-browns at age 13, and uses make-up a lot earlier than ever before. All teenagers wants, is to be and look normal. And that’s why they use make-up and also why they in the previous 10 years have demanded cosmetic surgery – which actually belongs to the adult life. The teens are chasing a better self-esteem through surgery. But according to that is written in text 2 surgery does not solve the problem, because there will always be something that you do not like. So instead the young people should work at their own self-image and change their view on the perfect body. These pictures of a perfect body in the media are not real. It is edited in a computer program and therefore should not be one of the reasons why people and especially teens choose to put themselves through surgery and making a permanent change which do not guarantee that they will get satisfied.
