Thanks for giving me the opportunity to come and visit your hometown and your country. I’m very happy to hear from you, it really means a lot to me, that you want to let me into your home and into your family and your daily life.
Well first a little about myself.
I am a teenage boy, I am sixteen years old, living the sweet, sweet life in a single-family house with my parents and my big brother, and my two dogs, all in the same house, and we are living in a small town called Vemmelev, in Denmark. My mother goes to work at her own fish stall, my father goes to work at a big firm in Copenhagen, also with fish. My brother are enrolled in education as carpenter, while I still goes in 9th grade in public school.
This trip could really become one of the most amazing things I have ever tried. Normally my family and I aren’t traveling much, most because my mother are afraid of flying, but also because we have two dogs, that we love really much, and wouldn’t leave them to anyone else, so our vacation has most consist of small car trips around Denmark. That is one of the many reasons why I would like to visit Australia and your family for a couple of weeks, you know, to get a little break from the same old routine. And your country, it just has so much to offer, a boy like me. But there are particular one thing your country has, that my country doesn’t have. And that is the zoo, with kangaroos and all the other fantastic animals, from your country. Oh I am just so crazy about kangaroos it is just one of the most amazing animals in the whole world. And in those three weeks ill be staying at your place, ill hope that it could be three of the greatest weeks in my life, and it could change my life and my personality. I’m looking forward to see you all, in the summer holidays.
