Joey was picked up by the police in New York when he was going for a walk, it was a quiet day and he was just taking a short walk in the park. He was taken to an old warehouse, where he was interrogated by three police men whom were yelling at him. He couldn’t believe that it was happening to him, he had never done anything illegal or anything against the law.
His brother had been a criminal working as a drug dealer in New Jersey, but that’s not even near New York so it couldn’t have something to do with him.
The police asked questions regarding his family, wife and if he had ever been in touch with drugs, he simply answered no, as that’s nowhere near the things he wants to spend his life on.
The police didn’t believe Joey and told him that his wife had been taken into custody as she wouldn’t answer the questions she had been asked by the police.
Joey couldn’t believe it, thoughts ran through his mind constantly, wondering why this happened for him and not anyone else in the world.
The next morning was terrible, he was lying in a cell at the New York Police Department waiting for the chief to interrogate him further, regarding him denying to have committed the crime he has been charged for, which was selling drugs.
