I’m using technology every day. My computer is always turned on during the day. I always bring my phone with me, wherever I go. I hate if I haven’t got my phone with me. I use most of the contact by technology with friends and family, and I’m getting worried if I don’t hear from them. I think that a lot of people feel the same way as I do, and I think technology is one of the main factors in this world. Every time I enter my own room I turn the music, TV and my computer on. I’m checking my Facebook account every day and I hate if I can’t get the opportunity to check it. I’m having this feeling like I’m addicted to technology, and I can’t make a day without it. Technology is a big part of my life. I use technology in school, at home, at work and in every transportable way.

The text tells us that people don’t have time for quiet moments, and I believe that’s true. My quiet moment is in my room with both Facebook and my phone open. Almost all my friends have Facebook too, so it’s kind of the place we hang out and talk when we aren’t together. My opinion is that things like Facebook, phones and TV can be both good and bad. They’re taking a lot of people’s spare time, working time, school and sociality. A lot of people feel like they have to check Facebook on a daily basis, if they don’t want to feel like they are missing something. Phones and emails can also be very stressing, because you get reminded all the time about the things you have to do, your job or something else you don’t want to think about in your spare time. Now you can even have your emails, internet and TV on your phone and you’re bringing it wherever you go. So you are totally updated the whole time.
