I agree with some of the points that are raised. I agree with the fact that most of the communication and research is done on an electronic device and that more and more people communicate over the internet or mobile phone instead of meeting face to face. What I don’t agree with, is the speculation on what the future will bring, I don’t think that we will end up with undisturbed thoughts and non conversation families, I don’t think that the electronic devisees will ever take over completely, but I do think that it will be used more and more in the future, I have even heard something about homeschooling, where the pupil will sit at home in front of the computer and get taught through that. I am not that god at multi-tasking, maybe because I’m a boy, but mainly because I can’t concentrate with more than one thing at a time, a good example is, that when I’m sitting at home playing one of my computer games, I often hear music while I’m playing, but sometimes I don’t pay attention to the music and the album is over in what felt like a minute or so, this is because I only think about the game while I am listing to the music, and that’s maybe the best example of my lack of multi-tasking.
