I agree in some and of the things and some not, that Maggie Jackson has expressed in this article.
She has written that the result of people always is near their mobile and computer, are they getting lazy. In some way I don’t agree in that view, because I think that the mobile phones and computers can make you lazy, but only if you use them in a wrong way. Using electronics can also be a good thing, when you using them in a good way for help in the normal day.
She writes increasingly about seeking information on Google and she is right. I also do it by myself and can’t see why that’s a bad thing. It’s much easier to search at Google or another search site, than reading a book or the newspaper and it’s also a lot faster. I really don’t see the development as a negative thing and I think “Search engines” like Google is a positive thing that can guide you and help you to gather information.
She also writes that we connect more and more with our friends through social networks like Facebook and she’s right. I find Facebook partly good, but it can also be a bad thing. The good thing about the Facebook is that you can communicate and interact with your friends and family online and from everywhere in the world. You can also arrange many things on Facebook, like advertise for your company and you can through groups collect money for the poor. The bad things about the Facebook are that some people may use it to communicate with their friends, instead of talking with them in real life. In the social media you can easier misunderstand what a person writes and it’s much easier to swear through to some people than to say it to them.
