Living healthy is making a diet and keeping that diet for a long time and doing a lot of exercise to lose weight. Being on a diet is very difficult the first few weeks, because you have to get used to eat less unhealthy food and more healthy food which means you aren’t getting as much sugar and calories as you’re used to. I know it myself, I’ve been there. It’s hard to get started, but after the first 2 weeks your stomach is getting used to the healthy food and won’t think much about the unhealthy anymore. It’s okay to have unhealthy days once a week, but of course not too unhealthy. When I say unhealthy day it could mean you can have a bag of chips or a pizza for the evening, it doesn’t mean that you can eat chips, pizza, donuts, cake etc. throughout the whole day, just a few unhealthy things in the evening.
Committing to exercise is very hard in the beginning, but after a few weeks you’ll be used to exercising everyday or every two days and it won’t seem new, more like a good habit. I, myself began working out 3 times a week 45 minutes every time, made myself a training program and more healthy meals throughout the day. I began eating 6 times a day and working out 3 times a week. It’s making fast progress in the start, but at one point you will stop growing muscles and losing fat, but that’s only for 2 to 3 weeks and then you will begin to see results again. Many people might think that when their muscles stop growing and they aren’t losing more fat, they just stop working out because they think it doesn’t help. But I say keep going, you won’t be fit in a month, it takes years to get the perfect body you dream about. I’ve only been working out for 3 months, but I can see results in both burning the fat and gaining muscles. After each workout you feel amazing, feeling tired in your muscles in a good way. Also the better fitness you have, the better focus you have, and it’s always good to have a good focus both in school and at jobs.
