I think a healthy lifestyle is important for yourself and your body.
Because if you are fat it's harder to get friends, because many peoples sees the outside of you and not the inside. A unhealthy lifestyle is bad for your body because you destroys your liver and you can get heart diseases and you will have problem too make children, because if you are a boy your testicles will get hot because your fat are warming them. And the woman's ovary will not accept the sperm. There's a huge risk for diseases if you are fat some of the risk are: respiratory problems, insulin resistance, asthma, reproductive hormone abnormalities, sleep apnea and lower back pain. All that just because you have a bad lifestyle, is it worth it?
You need to eat a lot of vegetables, fruit, fish and meat.
You need to be more active, run 3 times at week or go to a fitness center or somethings like that.
Don't eat fast food, don't eat if your are full, don't drink alcohol.
My experiences is that it isn't hard to run or go to the fitness center I go to boxing 3 times a week and have sports in the school and I just think it is great and fun to exercise.
