Joey arrived a Friday afternoon to the Unites States, where she would be staying for about 2 days on a business trip. She hadn’t been in the states for months, and she was very exciting for the visit. The destination was New York, were she would be meeting some local people to discuss business. They should meet each other at a five star restaurant, where they had some of the best food in the country.
It took a while before she got her luggage from the airport, and she felt it pretty annoying, because she had a lot to do. But finally she got her luggage, and then it all went a little faster. She found a cap, and then she arrived at her hotel, which also was a pretty nice hotel in the middle of the city but far away from the restaurant. She changed her clothes and then she leaved from the hotel to meet the business people. Her excitement for the dinner was pretty high, she was dying to meet these people and to eat the delicious food. She found easily a taxi, and then drove the long way to the restaurant. But unfortunately she found out just before she was at the restaurant, that she forgot her wallet, she must have lost it in the airport. She panicked and said to the taxi driver that he had to stop here. He stopped, and she ran as quickly as she could out of the taxi and ran as far away as possible. But unhappily the taxi driver found her, and called the police. She was very upset and she couldn’t understand that she just ran away. The police came and took her with over to an old warehouse across the street to ask her a couple of questions. She was confused, sad and angry. The police asked a lot of questions and she was very scared. She was sent to the prison and spent her 2 days in prison. Joeys mum came to New York with money, so she could get out of the Jail.
