En heldig diamantfund i Sydafrika

I was in South Africa, on a holiday. We rented a car at the city it was a Jeep. It should could drive nearly anywhere, which we needed where we were going. We drove far away along the lower Orange River, until we found the Bake diamond mine. We went down the mine to see how they found diamonds, and how many there where. It was dangerous work, so one of the workers, who led the other workers, guided us. We was not allowed to go see everything, only specific places the guide had planned the day before. They allowed me to hold one of the diamonds, which was awesome. The diamond was very special, not like anything I had ever seen before. It had a special glow over it, when the sun shined on it. I returned the diamonds and we went up from the mine. On my way up some from the mine, some gravel crumbled from the top of the cave, and some of it went und my shirt, I shook my shirt, and went on, as if nothing had happened. It was our last day, so we drove back to the hotel, to pack our luggage. I took of my dirty clothe and threw it in my suitcase. After I had taken a shower and was clean, and had some decent clothe on, then I was ready to leave. WE drove to the airport, and flew back to Denmark. At the airport in Denmark, did we call for cap to drive us home. When I finally was home, did I found my luggage, and unpacked. I sorted all the dirty clothes, that should be washed and what I had not used in Africa. That was when I found the diamond. I was inside the shirt, with some gravel, and it was huge. When I saw it I knew, I knew it was a diamond, and I knew how I got it. It was 5 cm in its largest dimension. I did check the internet, to find a jeweller, to check how much it was worth. I got an appointment and went down to speak with him. He checked it and moaned, “I have never seen anything like it, it is the biggest and most beautiful diamond I have ever seen”. I was stunned, all my life I had never ben lucky just average at everything. Now the world had finally smiled back at me. I asked how much it was worth, and he answered “1,3 million kr.”. I yawned. I went straight home, and hit the diamond. Later that week I got a phone call, it was a jewellery museum at Copenhagen. They asked if they could buy my Diamond for 1,4 million kr. I had never ben rich, so as soon as I heard the offer, I mumbled “yes”. I did invest the money in stocks, and it did turn out to earn me well.And that was how I found the biggest diamond In South Africa.
