En tur til New York og en lærestreg

I checked the sky for signs of rain and set off early to make the most of the day. I had packed my bag with a few necessities – a bite to eat, a bottle of water and heaps of curiosity about what the day would bring.

The day started pretty good. I took off from my hotel, which is a very cheap hotel, but it is fine with me. The hotel is situated half an hour from New York City. So I thought, that was where I was headed for today.

I have never seen such a big city before. Everything was bigger. The roads, the buildings and even the people seemed bigger, but that could also be metropolis tantrum.

But even though I wasn’t used to this kind of city, I liked it very much already at first sight. My only problem was, that I was very prejudiced from the start. I just had an idea, that people in metropolis couldn’t be nice to each other, because they were to busy minding their own business.

I don’t know, what it is called, but at a huge road. I could see hundreds of cars and thousands off humans. The sky was clear, but the sun didn’t shine at the streets, because of the high-rise building, which I thought was a shame, but I wasn’t my call.
