As you possibly already know, will I tell you some things about Denmark in this letter? One of the things you will note first, are the weather. You are lucky, because you are coming when it still is summer. Today we have had over 25 degrees, in the shadow. I have many experiences with people from foreign countries and they all seem to like the weather, when the sky is clear and the sun is heating.

If it’s a normal Monday, and I wake up by my mothers call. I have a clock radio, but it is too low or am I just too tired too hear it. My mother has prepared the breakfast, 3 pieces of toast with cheese and chocolate and milk to drink. After a well-established meal I go to bath. It is nearly a tradition to go to bath every day, in other countries it’s to expensive. If you don’t go to bath every day in Denmark, people quickly discover you and begin to dislike you. It is of cause not only the shower, but you also have to remember use deodorant. After the bath and that stuff, I usually have like twenty minutes before I have to ride my bike to school. Often I use those minutes in front of the television where I watch the news. Denmark is built on information, we call it the information system and therefore it is important that you are updated with the world situation.
