It was a beautiful morning, the sun was shining in California. Pete was going on a camping trip with his class. He had been looking forward to this all week. Their teachers Mrs. Dudley and Mr. Jones was on the bus traveling with them. Pete sat in the bus with his best friend Marco. They’ve known each other since kindergarten. The camp trip location was named Redwood National park. There were rumors about werewolves going around at night. But Pete and Marco were not superstitious. The bus began to drive and all the kids waved to their parents. Mr. Jones had a guitar with him so he could play some songs. We got announced that there was around four hundred kilometers to Redwood National park. “One kilometer to the destination” said the speaker in the bus. Pete and Marco had slept the entire time up to Redwood National Park. All the kids took their bags and began to walk over to the camp. The camp was not as big as Pete had expected. There was a little house of tree, some small tents and a big camp fire in the middle. Pete and Marco was sleeping together in the same tent. The clock was 3AM, and it was lunch time. Mrs. Dudley had made a carrot soup. It sure did taste good. Marco had a headache and was in the tent the rest of the day. Pete sat in front of the camp, he had begun to grill some marshmallows.
