the movie is a documentary partly about the school shooting at columbine high school and about the fact that guns are freely available in the US. The director and the starring is Michael Moore and he give us many facts throughout the documentary, and make us feel like it is wrong what the Americans are doing. He whip up an atmosphere like it’s all wrong and we can’t do anything because the politicians and the people are “afraid” of not having guns to defend themselves.
What are the differences between a documentary and a fiction movie?
A fiction movie is a movie where you can say whatever you want and make a lot of new galaxies and universes and use your fantasy. Examples of these types of movies: Deadpool, Star wars but also transporter (with Jason Statham), because even though it could be happening in the real world, it is not a fact and not one hundred percent true.
A documentary is one hundred percent true, but also is it seen from one person’s perspective to make us feel the same way as them. Some example could be: Bowling for columbine, Supers size me and “we are legion”, they all is about somethings that has or is happening, but also have the directors perspective which make us feel like them and make them right.
