It is always black, as if it was them there was something wrong with, but it is also those who made the documentary ‘Cops’, which itself says that if you could get a white man to throw a cell phone after police because he has cheated financially it would be called a ‘top dollar’ program because there is violence in it and that’s what they want to broadcast to the people.
