Klage-e-mail og svar om forkert vare

I just received my package containing a shirt that I ordered from your website. However, when I opened it, the containing item was far from what I ordered. In fact, the shirt I ordered was dark blue and a size 8 but the shirt I received was the wrong color, two sizes too big and furthermore there were a button missing.

If possible I would like to request a discount on my new package. Please consider my offer and get back to me as soon as possible.
