The first September we received the 100 bags, which they should deliver in following order. All the bags arrived safe and sound, which we of course appreciate.
But we are not satisfied with the qualities for the coffee. We mean that it is much worse than what you normally deliver.
Until we hear more from you, we think that a mistake has happened somewhere in your firm.
If you cannot accept this, we must demand a price reduction, and if you cannot accept our opinion, we will ask you to take the lot back.

We have received you letter of 10 February with complaints over the missing goods from this lot we have delivered the 5 February.
We just had received the lot from our usual supplier, which we have had an excellent cooperation with for many years.
When we contacted him after the receipt of your letter, he would not believe that he had delivered a small lot.
He has just promised to investigate the case and inform us as soon as possible.
