‘I don’t see why some people should get privileges. We’re all paying for the goods and I expect the same quality service.’
Personally I’d side with Veronica, whom the quotation is from. My reason for that, is plain and simple. Its due to that I don’t think its fair to everybody else that a selected few, are to be treated better than everybody else or being offered premium deals just because of the fact that they’re considered the better costumer because they buy more than others do. To differentiate people and offer prerogatives to some and not offering it to everyone, I find that wrong and I’d personally be irritated by that myself, as I take no joy in people having something that I don’t have. Though I do have, to view it from the store’s perspective. As I can see that it might seem like a great idea to provide such a privilege to some of their costumers, because it could be the thing that encourages their costumers, to remain loyal and remain a regular costumer so that the store, doesn’t lose their costumers. By doing this it could maybe force, the costumers that haven’t been offered this privilege. To buy more so that they wouldn’t be excluded from this great deal/offer. It might even lead the store gain a substantially huger amount of costumers that might choose their store over some other store that might be closer. Such a campaign would make people drive the extra kilometers, which you can observe when Danish people drive to the German border. To buy at a bargain instead of buying these products at these steep prices.
