The Chronicles of Narnia is a fantasy novel written by Clive Staples Lewis. Clive was born in Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland. The first book was published in October 1950.The text is about 4 children who were sent away from London under the second world war, because of the air raids. They were sent to the house of an old, lonely professor. While the children explored the professor’s house they found a big wardrobe and their adventure could begin:
Lucy enters the wardrobe, and suddenly she is in Narnia. The other children get to Narnia as well. The children live many years in Narnia, but when they get back, no time has passed in the real world.

Lucy is the youngest of the children, but the first one who comes to Narnia. When she gets to Narnia she meets a faun named Mr. Tummus. When she gets back from Narnia, she tells her siblings about her experience. But none of them believe her. Lucy is a really honest girl, so she gets really sad when her siblings don’t believe her. Lucy is openhearted, descent and reliable. Lucy develops a lot through the book. She becomes a very brave and strong girl. Lucy has a persistent belief in Narnia's existence and symbolizes the true and honest believer. When she gets crowned, people call her Lucy the valiant
