The Boogeyman is a story written by Stephen Kings and in the story a lot of bad things happens for Lester Billings’ family. Lester Billings has a wife and one child, Lester Billings and his wife had a lot of discussions and argued a lot so he went to a Doctor, Dr. Harper he was a therapist that Lester could talk with. Not just about all the arguments they had, but also about the death of their three children. Lester Billings and his wife had 3 children, Denny, Shirl and Andy, but not at the same time. The first child was having his own room and had troubles to sleep, he kept screaming and mention the name ‘’Boogeyman’’ Lester thought he just made up, so Lester decided to let him scream and give him space, it was not necessary to be overprotective. Lester hoped it would go away by it self and not be any problem longer. After some days he find his child dead on the bed, they pressing, but tried to move on fast as possible. They got a new child and not after long time the exactly the same thing happened to that child like the first one. Some few years later they got their third child and the same thing began to happen, the child was repeating ‘’the Boogeyman’’ and Lester knew what was happening but did not do anything, his wife should not know he wonted to be overprotective. To no surprise the Boogeyman also killed the third and the last child. The wife left him and he got some serious problems with alcohol and became an alcoholic. They story Lester was speaking to Dr. Harper about was near the end and Lester went out of Dr. Harpers office, but sees that none is sitting behind the desk and there is no one, so he went back to Dr. Harper and sees ‘’The Boogeyman’’ with a Dr. Harper mask in his hand.
