Skribentens beskrivelse af Analyse af The man who loved flowersAnalysis of “The Man Who Loved Flowers” “The Man Who Loved Flowers” is a short story published in 1977 written by Stephen King. The story takes place on an early evening in May of 1963 in New York. The setting is described as “The air was soft and beautiful, the sky was darkening by slow degrees from blue to the calm and lovely violet of dusk.” (line 5) The weather is in the upper sixties which is described “perfect for a little rooftop stargazing, if you're the romantic type.” So everything about the atmosphere is described very pleasing. It must have a lovely vibe to it since all the people in the story are standing in their doorways and smiling. It all just seems like one fantastic spring evening. |
