I never been so excited for a trip like this time. It is my first time to travel to another planet. I got the trip on my 20th birthday. We are going to Mars. Almost all my classmates have been there, and they said it is unbelievable beautiful landscapes. In 2102 the first man was on Mars and only 50 years later u can take a trip to the planet. It is a very fast development.
To get to Mars we had to go Copenhagen to take a flight to Lille in France. There is a space airport. I got to bed early so I could wake up refreshed. My mom woke me. I got my bags in the hovercar. I drove in an hour to get to the Airport in Copenhagen. We got in the plane to France and flew in 30 minutes. After that we got out of the plane and got a taxi. Finally, we drove out to the space airport and got in the space shuttle.
The countdown began. I had butterflies in my stomach. I could not be in myself of happiness. I asked my mom how long the trip was, and she said 26 hours. We got out of our planet´s atmosphere. I looked out of the window a saw our planet. It was beautiful. With a good spot in the seat and I began to sleep.
