So for the past week, I have had some pretty incredible experiences, including getting new friends like elephants and humans and a lot of sightseeing. So hey: You know I love adventures and down here, well, there is not a day that goes by without new and prodigious adventures. This week I went to the Table Mountain - a flat-topped mountain forming an outstanding landmark - and you have probably already guessed that I went there to do some rock climbing with Andreas, Micah, and Hannah, my travelling partners. There were some nice and well-documented climbing routes of varying climbing levels. Though only traditional climbing was allowed, no bouldering, it was reasonably fun. During our climbing session, we met some really nice people who were both tourists and locals who were expressing the same enjoyment as we were having. We tried to mime to the locals as they did not speak English. To be honest the miming was the all over funniest thing yet to be done on this trip. John and Josh, the tourists we talked to, were unfortunately not heading for Johannesburg before in two weeks, one week at the time this blog entry was written when our group’s flight back to Denmark will depart.
