Plastic bottles are a tremendous problem in this big wide world, and we all have a responsible for saving the world from these things that can kill our nature and animals. I am a member of Environmental Action Group at my school, Vedersø continuation school. At my group we try to stop all the problems that have occurred around the world with these plastic bottles that somebody just throw away in the nature. That why my group has found some few alternatives, that will help solve this problem. But did you know that 60 million plastic bottles are thrown away every year. And 80 % of them are NOT being recycled? That is what my group wants to change!
These plastic bottles have a bad impact on the nature and to our self. When you throw plastic in the sea, the tiny plastic particles are eaten by zooplankton, and after that the fish eat it, and then us the humans, are catching those fish, which tells us we are making our own food inferior. Another bad thing ist in the process of how we are producing the plastic bottles. 2.500.000 tons of carbon dioxide are emitted into the atmosphere every hear. And that problem does also have a huge impact on the global warning.
