My name is Trine, and I am 17 years old. I’m from Denmark and live with my family in the city Esbjerg - original I’m from the Philippines, but my family and I moved to Denmark when I was little. I work in H&M 2-4 times a week and I go in tithe-class at Sankt Nikolaj School and about two months I’m graduating tithe-class. In 4 years I’m hopefully graduating gymnasium, going on a further education and then see myself in the business branch - I’m thinking about getting my own company.
I want to take a gap year in the US, because I had read about work experience in Britain and US where I can work in a company, a shop, a café or a private home, and more jobs.
When I come home from my cap year, I’m going to start on the gymnasium and get to learn about business, deals and much more in the branch of business.
I want to work in the US in a company, because I see it as a good thing for my future and what I want. I want to take my gap year in another country, because I want to experience my life and because I think it can help me a lot before I educate myself. I also think it is a good idea now to take a gap year, because then I don’t need to wait many years to get one because of school.
