My name is [NAVN A], I’m 19 years old and come from Denmark.
I live in a little village near the coast. It’s my hometown, and I know every single person who lives there. We are a very open and solidarity population, and I will actually claim that I wasn’t the same person, if wasn’t grown up there.
I’m a very warm-hearted, funny and energetic person, who love to be in company with other people.
This year I become a student. I don’t know which education I want to take after the gym, so therefore I want a gap year. A year where I can refresh my opportunities and get some experience. I want to use this chance, to help some children’s in vulnerable countries. Therefore, will I like to be a volunteer and do conservation work in Africa.
Most of the countries in Africa struggle with hunger and diseases, they can’t fight against.
I have wanted to be a volunteer in Africa since I was little. I can remember when I saw the starving children at the TV, and my mom told me, that I’m lucky to live in Denmark, because we get food on the table every day. Then I add the sentence “uh… I don’t know what to do, without my cookies”.
