I think that it is a good project, people need to know what they are eating, and don’t eat that much shit and all the additives that the products contain these days. It is also important that kids learn, that it isn´t healthy to eat MCD every single day 7 Days a Week. You need healthy food and special vegetable to keep your body floating and healthy.

It is hard for some kids to see, what is good to eat, and what isn´t good to eat. If the Adults in the house only eats Junk and that kind of stuff, the kids will learn, that real food is unhealthy and fast solutions. Healthy food can also be delicious, and it doesn’t always have to be salad or other greens, there are tons of recipes for healthy food that tastes even better than Junk food and is cheaper.

The project Farm to fork, is also a good way to show people/Youngsters how the food on their plates are produced and made. The most of us don’t know how the food in the supermarket are made, and we think it is impossible to do our self. But the truth is, that the food that you can buy at your local supermarket, isn´t that hard to do yourself. It may take some time, and some learning skills, and some practice, but it is far from impossible. In many cases, can it also be cheaper to make the thinks by yourself, and healthier. If you are making the product by yourself, you know what is in the food, that means that there aren’t any plastic or other additives in your food.
