I would like to tell you about Ku Klux Klan commonly called KKK or more simply the Klan..

The Ku Klux Klan has consisted of three different clans throughout history.

The first clan was from 1865–1871, the second was from 1915–1944 and the third was from 1946–present. The third one is still present today, but it doesn't have that many members as the second one. The third clan have about 5,000–8,000 members, the second one had about 3,000,000–6,000,000 the numbers of the first clan is unknown.

KKK is all build up for the purpose of taking away the black Americans civil rights. You can say that they were a big group growing up with racism on their mind.

Historically, the KKK used terrorism, both physical assaults, like kidnapping and murder, against black people.

KKK also have their own television show for kids, or only white kids.I found a clip from the show. A little white boy called Andrew, where is talking. Andrew is the grandchild of the Ku Klux Klan leader. Andrew is talking about a Christmas conference. He said "We baked cookies. We made frosting., and my mom taught us about the frosting, that if you put colors in it, the white frosting, it can never be white again, Which is how it is when you mix race, pretty much"I think it's strange to compare frosting with the race mixing. But I think it's because it's a kids show, and it's an easier way to kind of teach white kids about the race mixing.
