I have been looking forward to this journey for a long time. Ever since they revealed the mighty ship by the name of Titanic. My wife Karen and I were very thrilled with the thought of boarding that ship. By the time it was possible to board the ship, Karen and I packed our suitcases, drove to London and went on board. As the owner of Lindbergh Bank, I was able to be a first-class passenger, with the company of my lovely wife. We waited two hours in our cabin, before the ship left the harbor. In the afternoon, there was a three meals buffet, with the most delightful variation of seafood. Before arriving at the buffet, I followed Karen to the casino. She was astonished by gambling. It was like she could not lose a single poker game. On our way to the buffet, I got to meet the captain. It was a remarkable experience. Quite unforgettable. I think he liked my company, because he asked my wife and I, if we would like to join him for dinner. We thankfully accepted the invitation, and joined his table. An hour after the buffet there was a dance at the ballroom. Karen and I danced slowly, and we talked about how great it was, to join me on this journey. A few minutes later, you were able to hear other guests, being inpatient and a little angry as well. The waiters asked what was wrong, and the guests were complaining, about how slow we were sailing. The captain then, started sailing faster. It was a little difficult to fall asleep. Until an alarm started ringing, and you could hear people yell. I dragged Karen out of our cabin. On our way up to the deck, we heard a blast and the ship was rumbling. On the deck, we saw an iceberg on the side of the ship. I asked the head of security how that could have happened. He said that it was not possible for the ship to avoid the iceberg with their current pace. He then guided everyone to the safety boats. It felt like an eternity, waiting to get on board on the boats. Karen and I got in when there were three boats left. We sailed away from the shipwreck, and it was a horrible sight. All the ones, who were not able to board the boats would die. Some of them jumped out in the hope of swimming to shore. I felt sincerely bad for the victims. I still regret that I did not let those other poor souls on board instead of myself.
