School Shooting Essay Kathy Durham’s opinion in her article is not easy to avoid. School shootings are a huge problem today, and it doesn’t seem like it’s changing. Kathy raises concern to the fact that it’s preventable easily. She mentions the fact that the school system doesn’t give enough funding to prevent these problems.
