School shootings In the United States is it legal to buy just the gun you want. 92 procent of the population is an owner of a weapon and only 8 procent do not own one. In Denmark we have not a great opportunity to buy a weapon there is only 11 procent who has one and 89 procent who don´t have one. It is also why there are far more school shootings in the USA than in Denmark. The school shooting you hear most about is Columbine High School. It took place on the 20th of April 1999 at Columbine
