Gun Violence in the US: Laws, Campaigns, and School Shootings

Gun violence is a big problem in the US but what is gun violence, you see gun violence can be parted in to different chapters there is homicides and suicides. Homicides is all the crime that is made with guns and murders, Where suicides is how many people kill themselves. In USA both homicide and suicide rates are very high in comparison of other countries. per 100.000 there is 3,5 people dying by homicide per year and 6,1 person is getting killed a year in those 100.000 which is much higher than such countries like Denmark. in a year 9.484 people were murdered by guns in USA, which i think is very choking and that is one of the reasons i choose the topic

I chose this topic because it’s a very relevant topic and is a huge problem that i think needs to be fixed because a lot of innocent lifes goes to waste and its causes a lot of trouble in USA. Under my topic, gun violence in america i have chosen to talk about a school shooting because i also think that it's a huge tragedy and every time it happens it makes so many people sad and it hurts so many people, it's not just the victims but also the people around the victims and the people who go to the schools because they will start to think that it also might happen to them. so it is a very wide target that the school shooters are hitting. And i thinks that it is so absurd that everyone can get guns so they can protect themselves. We in Denmark does not have guns to protect ourselves and we have a mucher lower homicide rate.
