If you are not a part of the solution, you are a part of the problem

The fast fashion industry had its beginning in the early nineteenth century, when the prices of clothing plunged, and that created a mass production of the clothing we today describe as fast fashion. “Fast fashion” is a term used in the fashion industry to describe that type of clothes we only use for a short period of time, it is proven that when we buy a piece of fast fashion clothing, we only use it on the average of five times, and keep it for only about 35 days until we buy something new, and that is one of the reasons why 15 million tons of clothing is thrown out, and wasted every year in the United States, and that is a problem that’s need to be solved.

The fast fashion industry has been blamed for its unethical and harmful business processes.

We as consumers also need to make up or minds about if we want to be a part of the solution, and if we do not want to be that, we are considered a part of the problem , because if we want to put an end to the fast fashion industry it is also important that we stop buying clothes that is made for that industry.
