Define Death Penalty a death penalty is a penalty you get if you have done something terrible wrong fx killing someone then you get a death penalty

What is your opinion on death penalty - we think death penalty is both good and bad it's good because i think if u have done something like terror or just killed someone on purpose then you deserve to die yourself and i think its bad because people that are innocent also may die - and who should kill the bad people doesn't that make them killers theirself?
