On weekdays I eat healthy food, and in some of the weekends, I eat unhealthy food. On weekdays I eat healthy food because it's important to get energy because I'm playing handball right after school. My breakfast consists of oatmeal with milk and sugar. At lunch, I eat pumpernickel with chicken or salami. I also eat some fruit, it's most apples and bananas. At dinner I eat many different things, it could be Food like lasagne, pasta or steak. At the weekends I eat a little bit more unhealthy, but not so much, it could be McDonald's on Saturday because that's my cheat day where I can eat what I want, but I don't eat so unhealthy just because I can. I would say the food that I eat on weekdays is healthy food, and in the weekends it's a little bit more unhealthy, but not so much. Most young people eat unhealthy food because it's fast, and it tastes good. They eat it because they have seen some ads with burger restaurants or something like that, and they think this looks delicious. The problem with fast food is that you can be fat and get lifestyle diseases. A problem could also be that you are being so fat that you don't have any self-confidence, and then you always thinking that no one likes you because you are fat. If you are fat it’s not all the time you want to go out and play football or just do some physically, so you are burning out calories so you can lose fat. The advice I would give to other young people is they should start doing sport or running, so they can see it’s important with some healthy food to get some energy. I would also say that they should start up slowly so they don't think it’s not been working after 3 days, and they quit it because they don't see results. You could also take some vegetables and cut them into little pieces and add them to your favorite dish.
