Everyone thinks that being famous is awesome, but when I think about it, I just don’t get it.

Sure, you might get rich and might not have to worry about paying your bills anymore, but like P Diddy used to say in the Puff Daddy days, “Mo’ Money, Mo’ Problems.” No amount of money in the world would make me want to give up my privacy.

Of course, there are many other perks to be a celebrity, but are any of them worth it? Here is why I think it sucks being a celebrity

Being famous sucks because you don’t have privacy. Example some fans can leak your number, break-ins and many more things. If you are new to fame people dig in to your past and leak everything, if you said some offensive stuff.

Famous actress/singers talk about that it can be annoying going out the streets and somebody yells your name taking pictures/videos of you crying, kissing or arguing in public. If they make one mistake it is all over the news for days.

You overthink about your body, being famous makes someone more insecure. Your insecurities are magnified.

Paparazzi’s follows someone everywhere takes pictures of everything, there can also be fake news everywhere or harassments. You can’t get a break, ever. I can’t imagine wanting to go shopping or grab a coffee and having to worry about people running after me to take pictures.
