In her songs we hear that she wants to tell us that its hard to be famous, and tells about the pressure of being famous.
One of her songs is Paparazzi, and the song is about how the Paparazzi´s following her, and that she have to sacrifice in order to be famous.
The consequences of being famous, if you look at a singer like Amy Winehouse, she was killed by alcohol addiction, because there was to much pressure of being famous.
