Hell Week

hell week last for 5 days and 5 nights, with a total of 4 hours of sleep you will begin at sundown on sunday and stop at sundown friday

you will be carrying your rubber zodiac raft from every exercise to every exercise doing the whole week

you won't get much sleep but you will have 4 hot meals a day, this is a luxury for until now under training you have been eating cold mre’s. the hot food is supposed to be a mental boost and comfort because you will be freezing the entire week

all of this may seem unnecessary but all of this can be critical doing actual missions where you may have to ignore sub zero temperatures and you discomfort

seals don't just need tough candidates they also smart ones

since listening is key you will be expected to listen closely to the orders you receive

it is known that instructors leave out things to see who is actually listening and the candidates who found the mistake will sometimes be rewarded with a few minutes of sleep or a resting break or stand by the fire
