“Hello, Julia! Oh, how great it is to see you again!” “Hello Thomas! It has been so many years, since we’ve seen each other. You look outstanding! How did you lose all that weight that fast?”

“Thank you! Well, it wasn’t easy to lose all that weight to begin with, but after I watched the news one night, about 2 years ago, where they announced, that over 10% of all the fat people in the US would die of being to fat, I decided that I wouldn’t die of fatness, so I went down to the local gym, bought a season pass, and started training down there every day since.” “Wow, you really did that? What about the food? Were you on diet, or what did you do?” “Yeah, I were on a diet until 2 months ago, where a reached my goal by losing 125 pounds. But before I started, I threw out all of the junk food, which I had in my house, and started eating salads and fruits instead.” “Wow. I’m amazed. How were you able to keep it on track for almost 2 years?” “I got a lot of motivation from other people down at the gym, who also has become my friends past the nearly 2 years. But the rest is up to yourself, you know, how bad you want to lose weight and how much are willing to give to make it happened.” “Oh okay, I get id. Well, I need to lose some weight myself, so I can try doing it your way. But I would like you to do me a favor.” “Sure, you name it.” “I would like you to give me the same schedule, witch you used to lose weight.” “Of course I will do it. I will do anything to help my sister. Especially in situations like this. Do you remember, that time, when we took that picture, out mom and dads farm?” “You bet I do! I remember being so mad at you, for eating my candy bar, just before we took the picture.” “I only did that because Cindy ate half my breakfast.” “She did? That girl is always hungry. Just a shame she died in that car accident.” Yeah, I wish I could have said goodbye to her.”
