Death by Scrabble: konens perspektiv

It’s a hot day and my husband have been acting strangely lately. I love him so much.

We’re playing Scrabble. Just some alone time, just me and him with a funny boardgame. My husband starts out with the word BEGIN. I’m thinking what word I can make, while I’m clapping the letters in the table. CLAP CLAP CLAP.

I write JINXED, my husband gets annoyed. I’m already beating him. 30 points in the bank!! He looks like that he got nothing on his hands, he starts chewing on one of the letters. I’m picking up some letters from the bag.

I write SWEATIER, 23 point plus 50 in bonus. BOOM! Now he looks angrier.

I tell him that I have some, lousy letters. I’m only writing FAN. I turn on the air condition and it zaps me. It’s the hottest day for 10 years. I look on the game and he have written ZAP.

I write READY, and then standing up to get some tea.

He writes cheating, then asks him if he cheated. Then I write IGNORE. For 21 point. I have 153 point and he got 155 point.

He puts down EXPLODES. The second I hear a bang; it was the AC unit that failed.
