Sold in the Shadow

Unfortunately, it's been two hours since she woke up.... She had no idea where she was, neither did the other girls beside her... She had absolutely no idea how she reached where she was. She had no clue of what was happening around her or to her. Some strange people are walking around her and talking something really strange which she has no idea of what it was? She had hundreds of questions, but she didn’t have any answers, she couldn't even ask; she couldn't even run away. She couldn't even scream. She couldn’t do anything at all. She was trapped. But it seems like others understood the situation, it looked like they understood what's going to happen... But she had no idea. She looked around her again and again for some clue, for some kind answers, for some.... Kindness. But there was none.

Finally, after hours, of sitting on the hard ground, a guy took her hands. She was crying, but no one seemed to care. They took her to some strange place, and she saw few girls who were crying and screaming desperately for help… just like her. It was in that moment she realized what was happening. She knew that one guy, she had seen him before, she had been shadowed. The previous guy took money from those strange people and handed her and the other girls to those people and just disappeared without saying anything, disappeared without looking at her.... Well, he didn't care about anything other than the money, he just wanted the money. One of the girls standing beside her tried to whisper in her ear “stay string, hold on”. Like the girl just didn’t care about the guys standing so close to us, like the girl just had the perseverance to just do it. The girl got taken away, she kept on screaming “I will fight for justice, I will”.
