Couch Surfing oplevelse i South Carolina

Hello Couch Surfing… I want to give you some feedback. I have just gotten back from one of your Couch Surfing holidays. I stayed on an older couple’s couch in South Carolina, USA. I chose your travel agency, because I wanted to try something new. I have been travelling the world for two months now and have four months more to go, and Couch Surfing really stand out from the hotels I have been visiting. The experience with Couch Surfing is something I will never forget, the people I met was incredible kind and welcoming. As I wrote first, I stayed with an older couple in their house in South Carolina for a week. They were very kind toward me and invited me to dinner on the second day I visited them. We were at this fancy restaurant where we ate some very delicious food, we got to know each other, and they were very interested in my world travel. We had such a good time at the restaurant, that we stayed until the restaurant closed. On day three, I drove with a sightseeing bus around some of the close popular sights. It was very interesting, to drive around and hear about all the popular sights. My favorite thing we saw was Congaree National Park, the park was so beautiful. Just walking around in the park, it was just so incredible peaceful. I was speechless. In the park I also saw alligators, it was so cool! The alligators were very close. I also got to experience a guided hike in the park, on the hike I got to talk with a nice girl. She was around my age; she was also travelling the world. The girl was nearly done with her travelling, her next stop that also is her last is California. We had a nice talk, and a fun hike. On day four, I went to a zoo. I always liked to see all the animals; you normally don’t see. Where I come from, we don’t have pandas in zoo’s, I don’t really know why, but in this zoo, they had two panda’s, Bruno, and Ella, they were so sweet. Pandas has always been my favorite animal, they’re just so sweet. On one of the last days, I was there, the couple planned on going to the local bingo hall. I kindly asked if I could come with, just to get the experience. To be fair it’s not every day I get to go to a bingo hall in South Carolina. Once we came to the bingo hall everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and very interested in me, which was nice. It was very fun to experience the bingo game, I’ve never played bingo before, so I was a little bit nervous. Unfortunately, I didn’t win anything but the lady I stayed with did, Ann is her name, she won some soap. This experience has really inspired me, from now on want to be just as kind and welcoming to everyone, just as the couple I stayed with! I have never met anyone so kind and welcoming as them. I got the couple’s numbers, and I will stay in touch with them. I can really recommend people to try Couch Surfing!
